PERSONALS Announcement was made that Lieut. Thomas D. Brown, of tower 2, Boston fire department, has been appointed assistant drill master and in the absence of Captain Charles Donohoe will assume the duties of drill master. George A. Johnson Company, Inc., consulting engineers, 159 Nassau Street, New York City, have moved into larger and more commodious quarters in the same building, they now being located at Rooms 1121-1129. The new layout is designed to efficiently meet the executive demands of the company’s growing business. Chief Nathan Strauss of the Ashland, Ohio, fire department has resigned to take effect on January 1, 1922. Chief Strauss has been connected with the Ashland department for forty-five years and has been chief for twelve years. He was presented by the volunteers of the department with a loving cup and given a private supper. Henry W. Schutz will succeed him as chief of the department.…
