New York Fire Company Wins Efficiency Prize For the third time since 1916, the crew of Hook and Ladder Co. 10, New York fire department has been awarded the efficiency prize for the fastest time in executing the evolutions at the Fire College. The medals for individual members presented by Mayor Hylan on the steps of City Hall, on June 20. The crew of Truck 10 won the prize in 1916 and in 1919. The medals awarded this year are for the 1921 session of the class. Twenty evolutions in fifteen minutes and thirty-three seconds were performed by the crew of that company. The specific evolutions and the time follows:
