The McQuoid Engine Company of Middletown, N. Y., has received a new Stutz triple combination pumper. Contracts for the plumbing, heating and lighting of the new fire station at Chester Avenue and E. 12th Street, in Cleveland, Ohio, have been awarded, the total amounting to $43,000. The city council of Seymour, Ind., will probably purchase additional fire fighting equipment following a recommendation to that effect by Chief Melvin Jerrell, of the fire department.
