The A. W. W. A. Convention The eyes of many water works superintendents are being turned toward Detroit and the great event which is to take place in that city on May 21-25. There is no doubt but that, this year’s convention of the American Water Works Association should be, and every indication points to the fact that it will be, one of the greatest that the association has ever held. The central location of the convention city favors this assumption. Detroit is not only easily accessible to the superintendents of the eastern and central states but should also prove attractive to the growing membership of the middle western and far western states of the country. The superintendents who have held back in joining the ranks of the association should hesitate no longer.
