Bay City Starts New Water System—Construction work has been started on the new water works system of Bay City, Mich., which will cost approximately $2,000,000. Install New Fire Hydrant—The water commissioners of Holyoke, Mass., recently ordered four new fire hydrants installed and approved pipe line extensions on nine streets. Danville Water Works Dam to Be Repaired—It will cost the Interstate Water Company of Danville, Ill., thousands of dollars and many weeks of hard work to repair the break in the upper dam. Decatur Water Plant Shows Profit—The municipal water and light plant of Decatur, Ill., earned during the year of 1922, a net profit of $28,372.13, according to the report of Superintendent M. J.
