W. H. RANDALL, OF TORONTO, DEAD Well Known Water Works Man Passes Away After Short Illness-Stricken at the Detroit Convention—Funeral Held in Toronto, Ont. W. H. Randall, who for four years, ever since its formation, has been managing director of the Neptune Meter Company, Ltd., of Canada, with headquarters in Toronto, died on Wednesday. June 27, of a complication of diseases. Mr. Randall was taken ill at the Detroit convention of the American Water Works Association, and although an operation was performed on his arrival in his home city, To ronto, he did not improve and death wafinally the result.
