Middletown, Ohio, Water Dispute Settled After over two years of controversy, between the board of education and the city administration of Middletown, Ohio, with regard to the city’s charge of $2,900 for water supplied to public schools prior to 1920, the dispute is almost settled, the schools, it is understood, having agreed to pay the amount. Parochial schools and the Y. M. C. A. also must pay for water under a recent ruling of the state auditor’s department.
