The New England Convention It is none too early for water works men to begin to look forward to the second great event of the year— the New England Water Works Association’s forty-second annual convention. The city in which the association meets this year is particularly attractive in location, as Burlington lies on the Vermont shore of beautiful Lake Champlain. The scenery and good roads should please those who motor to the convention especially. The committee in charge of the program are hard at work on that part of the convention, and, no doubt, judging from previous annual gatherings of the association, an attractive and instructive list of papers and discussions will be the result.
