New England Assoc. Invites New York Section An invitation has been extended by the New England Water Works Association, through Burt B. Hodgman, secretary of the New York Section, American Water Works Association, to the members of that section to be the guests of the New England Association at Rochester, N. Y., on September 30, October 1 to 3, on the occasion of the latter’s forty-third annual convention.
