Presidents Who Have Served More than One Term To the Editor: I wonder if you can tell me who was the first president of the International Association of Fire Engineers; and too, has a president, since the association was first started, ever served more than one term ? Yours very truly, R. M. N. Answer: Chief John S. Damrell, of Boston, was the first president of the I. A. F. E., elected in 1873.
