Mr. Holway describes how the great work was brought to completion. He was born in 1893 at Sandwich, Mass., and was educated in the public schools of the town. He attended Dartmouth College from 1912 to 1919 and graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, taking the 1915 Civil and Sanitary Engineering Course.
