DIRECTORS MAKE PLANS FOR NEW ENGLAND CHIEFS’ CONVENTION Meet in Boston to Arrange for Annual Meeting at Pittsfield — Co-operation Between Fire and Water Departments Among Subjects Chosen AN important conference on the subject of Co-operation Between Fire and Water Departments will be a feature of the third annual convention of the New England Association of Fire Chiefs, which is to be held in Pittsfield, Mass., on June 23 to 25. This was decided at a meeting of the board of directors of the association held on February 18 in the offices of the Henry K. Barnes Company, dealers in fire department supplies, 234 Devonshire Street, Boston.
