President Jordan Reviews Work of A. W. W. A. Instead of Usual Annual Address at Convention He Sends Out Message to Membership—Reviews Work of Year—Suggests Improvements IT has been the custom from time immemorial for the president of the American Water Works Association to deliver an address at the convention outlining the accomplishments of his administration and suggesting matters that in his judgment would be of benefit to the association. President Frank C. Jordan has taken a radical departure this year and has issued his message ahead of the convention and in printed form.
