Eastern Delegates Leave for A. W. W. A. Convention About one hundred Eastern water works men left Pennsylvania Station. New York, Sunday, April 26, on board a special train to attend the American Water Works Convention at Louisville, Ky. The weather was warm and the day ideal for such a trip. This is the largest party that left for the convention in recent years and much credit is due W. H. Van Winkle, chairman of the transportation committee, for the excellent manner in which he arranged for this trip. Among those in the party were, Mr. and Mrs. J.
