Colorado State Firemen Hold Convention The ninth annual convention of the Colorado State Firemen’s Association was held at Manitou, Col., on July 2 to 4, with a very large attendance. The convention convened at 9:30 a. m., on Thursday, July 2, with President C. E. Krieger, Englewood, in the chair. After the invocation by Rev. Mr. Gleason, the president introduced Mayor L. K. Van Horn, of Manitou, who spoke the welcome of the city to the delegates. The response was by R. W. Hershey, of Denver. At the memorial service the eulogy was delivered by Rev. Walter C. Rundin, president of the Nebraska State Volunteer Firemen’s Association. The speaker referred eloquently to the life and work of the late secretary J. F.
