Denver Establishes Fire Officers’ School

Denver Establishes Fire Officers’ School A school for the training of officers has been established in Denver, Col., and sessions are held every Wednesday and Thursday from 10 to 11:30 a. m., in the council chamber at city hall. The officers are urged to attend and the lectures which are presented on Wednesday are repeated on Thursday so that the officers of each platoon will receive the identical instruction. The school was opened on November 1 and the sessions will be continued to January 31, 1926. The various lecturers and their subjects are as follows: November 4 and 5 Opening of school; organization of school; general remarks Chief John F. Healey; address by Manager R. W. Hershey; subject on administration by Manager R. W. Hershey. November 11 and 12 Instructor, Deputy Chief J. J. Moses.
