The subject is treated in a practical manner by the author. Mutual Aid, or a cooperative plan of assistance between city fire departments, is a subject to which chiefs have given much thought and study. There is little that may be said against such cooperation between fire departments and a great deal may be said in its favor A matter in regard to mutual aid which seems to worry a number of fire department officials is the question of “liability.”…
