William Finch, Chief of Athens, Dead William Ray Finch head of the fire department in Athens, N. Y., died at his home, recently. He was active in the fire department for several years. At the funeral there was a guard of honor consisting of members of the fire departments of Athens, Sayre, and Elmira. Chief John Espey and Lieutenant Arthur W. Espey of Elmira were present.
