Suit Filed For Death Damages Heirs of the late Chief Mellen R. Joy, Saugus, Mass., Fire Department, who died from burns received in an explosion in the town garage a year ago last July, have filed suits for damages totaling $50,000 against the Air Reduction Company, Boston, makers of the acetylene tank which is alleged to have exploded.
