Lorinser, of St. Cloud, Dead Vincent Lorinser, who retired from the St. Cloud, Minn., Fire Department, after serving for forty-seven years, died on April 19. He was born in Wurtemberg, Germany, on January 21, 1860, and came to this country when twenty-four years old.
