Westchester Chiefs Discuss Calls for Assistance Methods to be adopted by Chiefs answering calls for assistance in pursuance of the objects of the association, was the subject of a discussion led by Chief John J. Brennan, Pelham Manor, N. Y., at the last meeting for the season of the Fire Chiefs’ Emergency Plan of Westchester County, N. Y., held at the house of North White Plains Fire Company No. 1, Inc., North Castle South Fire District No. 1, on the evening of Wednesday, June 21. There were 109 Chiefs and other officials of Westchester County present at the meeting. The Plan was welcomed by William Sinn, Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the district, and by Commissioners Henry Techlaw, Felix L.
