Manufacturers’ Announcements C. T. Ruhf, President of Mack Trucks, Inc. Announcement of the election of C. T. Ruhf as president of Mack Trucks, Inc., has been made by Louis G. Bissell, chairman of the board, at a regular meeting of the board of directors. He has been with Mack since 1912. Mr. Ruhf had been executive vice president of Mack since last January, following the death of E. C. Fink, former president and board chairman. Prior to that time he had been operating vice president in charge of factories. In 1920 Mr. Ruhf was appointed assistant to the factory manager of the Allentown plant, in which position he served until appointed factory manager in 1937. In 1938 he was made operating vice president in charge of production at the company’s plants in Allentown, Pa., Plainfield, N. J., and New Brunswick, N. J.
