Clamp for Handling Hose

Issue 2 and Volume 100.

Clamp for Handling Hose Patent applications have been applied for by John E. High, of Grand Junction, Colo., on a clamp designed primarily for use in handling fire hose. The inventor asserts that his clamp can readily be applied to regular fire hose and, when in position, will allow the hose to be conveyed cither by hand or by hoisting rope to the point desired, where it may be so held by means of attachment on the clamp that when water is turned into the hose under pressure there will be no danger to the fireman by displacement of hose or nozzle.
