Signal Men Elect Officers Adin W. Chase, City Electrician, Niagara Falls, New York, was elected President of the International Municipal Signal Assn., Inc., at the 52nd Annual Meeting of this organization held at Grand Rapids, Mich., September 29-October 2, 1947. Other officers elected were: 1st Vice-Pres. Ray J. Myers, Supt., Signal Systems, Akron, Ohio; 2nd VicePres., F. O. Goodwin, City Electrician, Newport News, Va.: 3rd Vice-Pres. Dan Wallace, Supt., Dept, of Electricity, Berkeley, Cal.; Treasurer, Charles S. Downs, City Electrician, Altoona, Pa.; Secretary, Irving Shulsinger, New York City. Buffalo, N. Y., was selected as the place for the next Convention, to be held October 4-7, 1948. Headquarters will be at the Hotel Statler.
