The Cover Picture Four men were killed and two were listed as missing in the wake of an explosion which ripped open and shattered part of the Saskatchewan Pool Elevators, Ltd., Number 4 terminal at Port Arthur, Out., on September 24. The explosion, which was apparently caused by the ignition of grain dust, rocked the waterfront area. Men, returning to their posts after lunch, and who were involved in the explosion, constituted the casualties. The property loss is estimated to total over $1,000,000.
