New I. R. F. A. A. Officers Conrad H. Kreyling, River Edge, N. J., has been appointed president of the International Rescue and First Aid Association, succeeding R. Herman Weaver, Roanoke, Va., who has resigned for health and business reasons. M. Loyd Fuller, Dallas, Tex., has been appointed first vice president, succeeding Kreyling; and Frederick Evans, Arnprior, Ontario, Canada, has been named second vice president, succeeding Joseph J. Banach, Marinette, Wis., who resigned due to business reasons. The appointments were made by the I.R.F.A.A. board of directors at a joint meeting with the executive committee held in Alexandria February 28. Successors to Mr. Fuller and Mr. Evans and appointments of other regional, state and provincial officers arc to be announced by President Kreyling in the immediate future.
