OBITUARIES Former Chief W. G. Wandras Retired Chief William G. Wandras, Kearney, N. J., 68, died September 26 in West Hudson Hospital. He headed the Kearney department from 1942 to 1960. An active life member of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, he had served that organization in the past as state vice president for New Jersey and as president, Eastern Division. He also served on the National Fire Prevention Committee by appointment of President Harry S. Truman. Kenneth H. Dunshee Kenneth H. Dunshee, 63, historian and retired insurance and advertising executive, died September 12 in Newton, N. J. An enthusiastic fire buff, he authored “Enjine! Enjine!”; “As You Pass By;” and “Through the Firemen’s Eyes,” histories of New York’s volunteer days. He was also curator of the H. V.
