FDIC Announces Additional Topics For Kansas City Last call has been sounded for the Fire Department Instructors conference in Kansas City, Mo., March 30 through April 2. Kenneth L. Stanton, conference chairman, reports that arrangements for speakers have been completed and that the attendance of 4,200 last year may be exceeded this year. Stanton, who is director of the Fire Prevention Department of the Western Actuarial Bureau, said that speakers not previously announced include Chief Milton O. Bullock, Dade County, Fla., Fire Department, who will describe the progress of metropolitan area fire departments; Anthony R. Granito, assistant director of the New York State Division of Fire Safety, who will tell why training starts at home; and Chief E. R.
