Moore Heads FEMSA, 3 New Directors Elected New officers and directors have been elected by the Fire Equipment Manufacturers and Services Association, which already is looking toward the annual Night with FEMSA at the next IAFC conference in Cleveland next September. At the annual meeting in St. Louis, Arthur D. Moore of Snorkel Fire Equipment Company was elected president. He succeeded R. Vale Fitzpatrick of Mine Safety Appliances Company, who resigned because he felt that his transfer to the West Coast would not leave him sufficient time to give to FEMSA business. Robert Benker of Partner Industries is the new vice president as a result of the resignation of Mrs. Barbara Fischl of Bi-Lateral Fire Hose Company. Richard M. Bugbee of American District Telegraph Company continued as secretary-treasurer.
