Hazardous Cargoes To Be Discussed at Jersey Symposium A symposium on hazardous cargo transportation will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 22, at Jersey City State College in Jersey City, N.J. At the conclusion of each of the six talks, there will be a half hour for discussion of the topic. Speakers scheduled for the symposium are Arthur Spiegelman, vice president and manager of the Department of Engineering and Safety of the American Insurance Association; Alan Roberts, director of the Division of Hazardous Materials of the United States Department of Transportation; Roy Peterson, safety consultant for the Division of Bridges and Tunnels of the Port of New York Authority; Donald M.
