Names in the News New Manager of CSFA Gerald C. Stevenson will now serve the 20,000 members of the California State Firemen’s Association as their general manager. He succeeds Chester W. Moller, who retired on October 1, 1973. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and further graduate studies in law, he served 23 years with the Los Angeles City Fire Department. During this time he was a member of the board of directors of the Los Angeles Fire and Police Protective League for four years and was appointed to the National Panel of the American Arbitration Association in 1963. He was appointed assistant general manager and legislative advocate for CSFA in 1969. Along with administering the business of the association, he will continue to represent it as legislative advocate. Uliana Named Sr. F.P. Engineer John H.
