Company News J. William Braak has been elected a vice president of Johnson Controls, Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Braak will have line responsibility for the company’s Penn Division and will assume the duties of acting general manager of the company’s Control Valve Division. Joseph W. Lewis has been appointed midwestern regional manager of Johnson Controls Systems and Services Division, replacing Braak. The midwestern region encompasses seventeen branch offices located in seven midwestern states: Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and North Dakota. Johnson Controls, Inc. provides building automation systems, equipment and programs designed to provide economical, safe and efficient automated building operation. Chemetron Corporation announced today that it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of two subsidiaries of INA Corporation that manufacture fire protection products and systems.
