Plastics Warehouse Fire Destroys 3 Other Buildings in Trenton, N.J. J., as it went on to destroy three more industrial buildings. When the alarm for the industrial complex was transmitted at 8:09 p.m. last March 1, the first alarm companies had been operating for more than an hour at an all-hands fire at the Garden State Wreath Company. Therefore, the second alarm companies, Engines 7 and 10 and Ladder 4, were dispatched to the warehouse with Battalion Chief John R. Ungaro. Upon his arrival, he reported “600 feet of a 700 X 75-foot plastic firm, a one-story, 30-foot high building, fully involved.” The warehouse of the Koenig Company appeared to he near collapse, and Ungaro called for a second alarm…
