It responds outside of the airport grounds, if needed, or if an aircraft emergency occurs off of airport property. Features/Equipment: FORD F-550 XL Super Duty, 4 × 4 chassis with 209-inch wheelbase and four-seat cab; FORD 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine with automatic transmission; WATEROUS E 511A single-stage, 200-gpm pump (that has separate gasoline engine) with HYPRO Foam Pro 2002 system and dual agent booster reel with WILLIAMS hydrochem nozzle, and ELKHART Sidewinder bumper turret; FIRE COMBAT 500-pound Purple K dry chemical system; UPF 250-gallon water and 30-gallon foam tanks; ROBINSON roll-up compartment doors; HOLMATRO rescue tools; and light and power with HONDA two-kw gasoline driven generator and two FRC midship mounted telescoping floodlights.   The Grassland Fire Department in…
