Fire Destroys Four MA Oceanfront Homes

A wind-whipped fire destroyed four oceanfront homes Thursday in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Wind gusts of up to 50 miles per hour fanned the flames, causing the homes to burn quickly, according to an NECN report (http://bit.ly/xnJUPg). The fire was reportedly started by a radio in the kitchen of one of the homes. One of the homes was a haven for cancer patients and used by Alcoholics Anonymous, according to a WCVB report.
