NFA Application Period Closes June 15

The application period for the first semester of National Fire Academy resident classes closes in ten days – June 15. The first semester includes those classes scheduled from October 1 – March 31, 2013. Applications must be postmarked by June 15, 2012.
 
June 15th is also the deadline for EFO applications for the Federal fiscal year: October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013
 
There is a change to the application process:
 
All students applying for NFA training courses are required to register for a Student Identification Number (SID). This number will be used in place of the Social Security Number on General Admissions Application forms.
