Three Nashville Firefighters Resign in Misconduct Investigation

Three Nashville (TN) firefighters have resigned during an investigation of misconduct at a fire station, reports News Channel 5.

Officials said Quincy Corbitt, Kerry Sales, and Jason Copeland resigned as charges were pending for numerous policy violations. They would have likely been terminated following the charges.

Metro Police were investigating allegations that women visited Fire Station 24 on Clarksville Highway in Bordeaux, stripped, and had sex for money with firefighters on August 21.

Police said the information came to light during an extortion attempt against Copeland.
