Six people were sent to the hospital after Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority trolleys collided today at a station in Boylston, Massachusetts. Twenty other passengers were being evaluated by rescue workers.
The Boston Globe reported that (http://bo.st/UeaN5e) one trolley car bumped into another, but there was no derailment and no visible damage.
Boston (MA) Fire Department firefighters were called to the station at 11:53 a.m. for a collision between two two-car trolleys. None of the injuries sustained by passengers was deemed life-threatening.
