Detroit Firefighters Rescue Woman from Burning Home

Detroit firefighters rescued a woman from a burning home yesterday and revived her using CPR.

The Detroit Free Press (http://on.freep.com/16w8wNs) reported that firefighters were dispatched around 6 p.m. to a house fire and were informed that there might be someone inside the dwelling.

Firefighter Claude Milhouse and Sgt. Michael Dillon searched the smoke-filled home and found a 63-year-old woman unconscious in a second-floor bedroom. They carried her out and performed CPR on the front lawn; she regained consciousness and was transported to an area hospital.
