Firefighters battled a grass fire earlier this week after a controlled burn got out of control in Pratt County, Kansas.
Local firefighter Doug Ray reported that crews battled the flames for three days until rain gave them some respite.
Eyewitness News 12 reported that flames shot 40-feet into the air. There were no reported injuries.
