Firefighters Rescue Man from Nashville Storm Drain

A man spent four days trapped in a storm drain until he was rescued by Nashville (TN) firefighters, according to a report.

Firefighters had to dig into the ground and break into a cement pipe at the Centennial Sportsplex to free the man, according to WKRN-TV (http://bit.ly/1edblbv).

The rescue operation took more than two hours, and the patient suffered cuts to his body and appeared to be dehydrated, the report said.

The man reportedly told firefighters that he had climbed in the pipe because he has always been “adventurous.”
