Three Firefighters Injured at Oklahoma Quarry Fire

Three firefighters injured after a pop off valve malfunctioned on one of the burner tanks and exploded as they worked to stop a fire at a Tulsa Asphalt plant in Owasso, reports fox23.com.

Earlier FOX23 learned another person was injured with minor burns, that person was treated on scene. 

The Limestone Fire Department worked to put out the fire, they were getting assistance from: Owasso, Catoosa, Claremore International, Kiowa districts. 

Two firefighters from the Limestone Fire Department and one from the Air Guard were taken to the hospital. The Limestone firefighters are expected to be okay. The Air Guard firefighter was treated and released after suffering a concussion and minor injuries.
