Indianapolis firefighters responded to a working fire early this morning in a residential structure that extended to two exposure buildings.
The Indianapolis Fire Department was dispatched at 3:16 a.m. Crews found heavy fire showing from the fire building; the fire communicated to two exposures, causing significant damage.
Firefighters had no issues other than access due to heavy brush around the home and high heat and humidity. One firefighter sustained an injury, a cut that was treated on scene. Damage is estimated at $1100,000.
