City of Los Angeles (CA) Fire Department companies responded to a fire in a vacant two-story medical clinic late last week. Rick McClure offered some photos of firefighters working at the scene.

Firefighters operated defensively at the structure, which was located at 1200 N. Vermont Ave. in East Hollywood. No injuries were reported.
