Words Have Different Meanings: Then and Now in the Fire Service

In the progression of this body of work, different words are used to offer context to the discussions. In some cases, new terms are created or old terms are used with different meanings. It’s not very complicated, but some believe it’s a play on words and the only value in creating new terms is a self-fulfilling one to sell more books or to become famous or simply complicate and confuse matters.
