Lauren Neustaedter is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer of GovFunds, a leading provider of grant management software for governments and nonprofit organizations. Her passion for this work was shaped by growing up in a first responder family, and she is deeply committed to empowering organizations to maximize the impact of their funding journey by helping to demystify the funding process. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida and has extensive experience as a grant writer, specializing in securing funding for public safety initiatives from private, state, and federal funding sources.

Chad Crandall is a Deputy Chief in Snohomish County with 21 years of experience in the fire service. Known for his ability to build strong relationships, Chad finds immense value in the connections formed within the industry. He has worked closely with GovFunds, a company that provides exceptional support in organizing grant applications. Chad’s role involved reaching out to Grantors, establishing meaningful relationships, and understanding the unique stories behind their grant awards. He is passionate about the diverse dynamics in the fire service and enjoys learning the "why" behind each Grantor's mission.
