Michael Brook, MBA, is a revenue cycle management expert at Digitech with over 15 years of experience in EMS billing. He is passionate about optimizing ambulance industry revenue and has authored articles and hosted webinars on topics like balance billing and supplemental payment plans. Prior to focusing on EMS revenue cycle, Michael spent over a decade as a management consultant specializing in organizational transformation. He holds a BA in Economics from UC Davis and an MS in Management from MIT Sloan.

John Barry

John Barry is the Division Chief of EMS and Training for the Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department, overseeing EMS, training, and support services. A firefighter since 2001, he has held numerous leadership roles and was instrumental in launching the Paramedic Program at the Coral Springs Regional Institute of Public Safety (CSRIPS). He holds multiple certifications in both EMS and Fire, a bachelor's in organizational leadership, and a master’s in executive management from St. Thomas University.

George June

George June has served as the Ambulance Administrator and Chief of EMS for the Town of Catskill since 2012, with decades of experience in Fire and EMS across the New York Capital District. A State-certified EMT-paramedic and fire instructor, he holds a BA from the College of Saint Rose and an MPA from Marist College. June joined the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs board in 2020 and is active in multiple EMS councils and committees.
Percy L. Coleman

Percy L. Coleman

Percy L. Coleman is the Assistant Fire Chief, Operations Chief for the Des Moines Fire Department in Iowa, where he oversees fire suppression, EMS operations, special operations, and budget management. A 28-year veteran of the department and an Iowa State-certified paramedic since 1988, he has risen through the ranks, holding various leadership roles. He holds a BA from Northwest Missouri State University, is a graduate of the National Fire Academy's EFO Program, and completed the Certified Public Manager program at Drake University in 2024.
