  • CUMMINS L9 450-hp diesel engine;
  • 24-foot nonwalk-in body with a staircase at the right-rear of the body, ROM slide trays and compartment doors, and an oil absorbent compartment with air-activated valve;
  • enclosed storage for 52 feet of ground ladders;
  • front bumper storage for rescue tools and accessories; and
  • light and power with an ONAN 35-kw PTO generator, a WILL BURT Night Scan, and FRC scene lighting.

The Dallas (TX) Fire-Rescue operates this firefighting and rescue craft built by LAKE ASSAULT BOATS to respond to a wide range of on-the-water firefighting and emergency response scenarios. The unit is stationed on Lake Ray Hubbard, which is within city limits.

  • Twenty-eight-foot modified V-hull boat with a 63-inch hydraulically operated bow door with an integrated ladder for diver re-entry;
  • port-side dive door; 18-inch draft; nine-foot, six-inch beam;
