Fire Apparatus Returning from Pennsylvania Fire Strikes Motorcyclist

A motorcyclist was struck by a fire apparatus returning from a fire early Friday in Berks County, Pennsylvania.

WFMZ-TV reported (http://bit.ly/XntX0c) that the 31-year-old motorcyclist had pulled into a side lot when he was hit by a fire truck on its way back to the old Bechtelsville firehouse at around 1 a.m.

The motorcyclist was flown to an area hospital where he was reportedly in critical condition.

The fire truck drive and four other passengers were no hurt in the accident.
