No Injuries in MO Department Fire Truck Rollover

Rogersville (MO) – A firefighter with the Logan-Rogersville (MO) Fire Department escaped injury early Friday after his fire truck rolled over while trying to avoid hitting a deer.

Logan-Rogersville Chief Richard Stirts tells KOLR10 News that the firefighter was headed to a fire at the Buena Vista Ranch from Fire Station 4 on Highway B when a deer jumped out in front of the truck.

The truck, Brush Unit 422, rolled over in the collision, but the driver was wearing a seat belt and was no injured.
